What is our cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellations occurring up to 5 days prior to reservation, we will return all of the deposit minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations occurring within 5 days of the reserved date the deposit is forfeited.
Is there a deposit required to reserve a room?
We will charge a deposit of half the cost of the total stay at the time of booking.
Do you charge gratuity for large parties?
Yes, we charge an 8 % gratuity for parties with 6 or more rooms.
How late can we reserve a room?
Rooms are reservable until 4pm daily.
Do you allow dogs?
We currently have two rooms, the Garden Room and the Safari Room that allow dogs. We prefer under 25lbs. These rooms both have separate entrances to keep your beloved pet away from the other guests. There is an additional $20/night fee.
How far is the Bed & Breakfast from the closest airport?
Bears Inn is approximately 51 miles Southwest from Denver International Airport, via I-70. It takes almost exactly one hour to get here!
Is your food amazing?
Each morning we prepare a decadent three course meal from scratch…we keep things fresh by rotating our menu! Stay with us for more than one day, and never have the same meal twice! We are happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies.
How far are the slopes?
Relax and enjoy your time with us knowing that we are less than 2 hours away from most of the popular ski resorts. Start your day with a delicious, hearty breakfast, head over to the slopes and be back in time to enjoy a meal at one of our fine selections of local eateries!!
Is there place to ice skate?
Yes! During the winter the Lake House at Evergreen Lake, is transformed into the Skating Center from Early December into Spring, pending ice conditions. During the summer, enjoy paddle boating on the lake, before catching the sunset. Or enjoy a leisurely stroll around the lake, which is approximately 1.3 miles, then kick back and listen to a free summer concert. There are also over 250 hiking trails near Bears Inn.
