We are the premier destination for weddings and groups in the Evergreen area. You can rent the entire Inn for your out-of-town guests, family or wedding party, or just rent the number of rooms needed. The Great Room makes the inn ideal for group stays. All rooms are in the main building so guests can visit in their comfy lounging clothes and slippers. Here is a link to many other nearby wedding and event planning resources.
$2,000/night for the entire Inn with a two night minimum June through September — This is a discounted rate that applies when a 50% deposit is paid at the time of reservation and the remaining balance is paid before departure. This means there is one initial payment and one final payment done by the same entity. We then require a list of guests’ names and room placement with any dietary restrictions two weeks prior to the arrival date.
If an individual guest extends their stay before or after reserved dates then we will honor the same discounted rate.
$2,125/night for the entire Inn with a two night minimum June through September – This is the full price of the rooms when a 50% deposit is paid at the time of reservation and the guests call individually to book their room. The guests will pay a deposit of 50% of their total bill at the time of their reservation and pay the reaming balance before their departure, once all rooms are reserved your initial deposit will be refunded.
Eight of our eleven rooms have one queen bed. Two additional rooms have a queen size bed, and a twin trundle bed that pulls out from underneath it. We charge an additional $20 for rooms with three occupants. Our suite has a king size bed.
The cabin is $210/night for two people, and an additional $20/person/night for extra guests. Generally, we do not host more than 4 people in the cabin due to sleeping space. Typically, the Cabin does not include breakfast at the Inn but when the entire Inn is rented breakfast will be included with the Cabin.
There will be a charge of $150/hour for use of pavilion or common areas.
In the event of a cancellation, we require 90 days for a refund less a $100 cancellation fee. If the event is canceled in less than 90 days, then the deposit is forfeited.
We like to cater to our guests’ check-in times. Generally, for groups we like to have a two-hour window when guests arrive and have time to get settled before the festivities begin.
Our gourmet three-course breakfast is included in the cost of the Inn rental. We normally serve everyone right at 9:00am, however for groups we allow you the option of a later breakfast at 10:00am on the day following the wedding.
Due to the fact that our Inn dog, Scottie, has passed on to doggie heaven, we will allow dogs with approval for a charge of $15/night allowed only in the Garden Room, Safari Room, and Cabin.
