So when husband, John Daigle wanted to celebrate their First Wedding Anniversary, he made a reservation at the Bistro Colorado owned by celebrated Chef Travis Smith.
Assisted by, Grayson and Melissa, Travis staged the classic New Orleans “Bananas Foster Flambe” tableside.
